Is a software tool developed for generating Unloading Summary Declarations and Cargo Manifests. The tool also allows printing and processing these documents for electronic document exchange with the appropriate Port Authorities.

Specially designed for Ship Agents and Freight Forwarders.

May be used in monostation or multistation modes.

Developed in Access or SQL Server as databases.

Has the following functionalities:

• Data-Entry function to create the Unloaded Cargo Summary Declaration and the Cargo Manifest through Web questionnaires.

• Printing function for both types of document.

• Electronic Data Transmission function: the tool provides a set of utilities for document selection, transmission through its communications Module and EDI translation in the Portel e-Services platform.

• Processes and prints the responses forwarded by the Port Authorities.

• Traceability, monitoring and visualization of messages, registrations, forwardings, rejections and acceptance actions.

• Files can be imported in flat format or any other type of private format.

• Generation of historical records for all movements and data exchanges.
