Portel gives a training session of its Electronic Administration Service in Ceuta Port Authority

On 14th and 15th December, Portel held a training session on its new eGovernment service in Ceuta Port Authority for Staff Personell in its registration, legal and systems departments.

In response to the Public Tender from the Port Authority of Ceuta to develop a “Backup service, maintenance and updating services for electronic administration system”, Portel has implemented an electronic administration platform that meets the requirements of Law 11/2007, which allows the execution of internal and external procedures of the Port Authority. It means that it will serve as platform for interaction with citizens and for the processing of documents inside the Port Authority, with the possibility of adapting the system to needs in the future.

The headquarters for the electronic platform contains the workflow engine for managing procedures with the Citizen Portal and the Public Employees Portal.

This system of virtualization allows improving management of resources by optimizing and making their use more flexible.

The aim of the project is to enable the Port Authority of Ceuta to have an electronic platform that enables a modern, secure, fast, clear and user-friendly administration.

With this new service, the Port of Ceuta collaborates with Portel to continue with the technological advancement and development of its activity.
