On 31 July, the Director of Portel Central and Sub-Saharan Africa, Mr Jean Jacques Banunina, had the honour of participating in the General Assembly of the WCOWCO (Maritime Organisation of West and Central Africa) which took place in Kinshasa.
Created in 1975, OMAOC is an intergovernmental organisation for maritime cooperation. Its mission is to promote the various organisations and activities that can foster the development of the maritime transport sector in West and Central Africa.
