The Management of PORTEL Logistic Technologies SAU, in its dedication to ensure the quality of its customer services and to reduce the potential environmental impact of the activities and services that the company provides, establishes in the present Policy the following principles of the Integrated Quality Management System, Information and Environmental Protection Management for all the following activities that they undertake:

Consultancy, Development, Implementation, After-sales Service and Sale of Management Software Solutions

For the Transport, Logistics, Freight Handling and Storage Sectors, National and International.
The principles of the present policy translate into the following commitments:

Commitment to comply with all the requirements, whether legal, contractual or others, applicable to us due to our activity, both in terms of performing our processes (compliance with the requirements of projects and of information security) and in the environmental area of our activities, so that our actions in no way violate the legal requirements and specifications established by the different public administrations.
Commitment to effectively control all our processes and improve them continuously through the assurance of resource availability, monitoring work processes and service requirements, the periodic compliance with objectives in regard to quality management, environmental management and information security management through system reviews conducted by Management.
Commitment to develop quality products and to provide the best possible service to our clients. Furthermore, to maintain a close contact with our clients to be aware of their demand and their increased satisfaction.
Commitment to protect the environment through actions and measures for pollution prevention and continuous improvement of the environmental performance of PORTEL Logistic Technologies SAU, especially regarding waste generation, encouraging reuse and recycling, and in regard to energy consumption, through an efficient use.
Commitment to a periodic evaluation and estimation of the security risk involved when handling our own as well as our clients’ information, according to the established procedures.

To ensure compliance with our INTEGRATED QUALITY MANAGEMENT POLICY, INFORMATION PROTECTION MANAGEMENT AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT in all our actions, the Management of PORTEL Logistic Technologies SAU, has established and implemented an Integrated Management System based on the requirements of the regulations:

ISO 14001:2015: “Environmental Management Systems. Requirements with guidance for use.”
ISO/IEC 27001:2013: “Information Technology. Security Techniques. Information Security Systems. Requirements.”
