It is a Web portal for the management of Single Administrative Document for Docking Documento Único de Escala (DUE) aimed at ship owners, shipping companies, shipping agents, port and maritime authorities, pilots, tugboats, moorers or any other agent involved in the processing of authorization of entry and exit of vessels in ports.

Requests for Port Docking and Berths in accordance with the rules established in Order FOM/1498/2014, of 1st August 2014, amending Order FOM/1194/2011, of 29th April 2011, which regulates the integrated procedure for Docking at ports of National Interest.

It also provides the necessary information for compliance with RD 1737/2010, of 23rd December 2010, which approves the Regulation governing inspections of foreign vessels in Spanish Ports.

For such purpose, in addition to the data on the docking, mooring and the system of operations, it also manages data on: crew, passengers, waste, ISPS, health declaration, etc.

System integrated with:

-> Single Window allows information to be made available by other agencies such as The Department of Merchant Marine DGMM, the Maritime Administration (Capitanías Marítimas), EMSA (European Maritime Safety Agency), The National Police, etc. It also receives information on the non-approval of Dockings and authorization for maritime departures by The Maritime Administration (Capitanías Marítimas).

-> Systems Management of the Port Authorities and Shipping Forwarders through EDIFACT, XML, CSV or flat file message.

Ventanilla nacional a la que notifica la información para su puesta a disposición a otros organismos como, DGMM, Capitanías Marítimas, EMSA (Agencia Europea de Seguridad Marítima), Policía Nacional, etc. y recibe información sobre las denegaciones de escala de las capitanías y lo despachos de salida del buque.
Sistema de gestión de las Autoridades Portuarias y consignatarios/navieras a través de mensajería EDIFACT, XML, CSV o ficheros planos.
